Devon Radonich is a Managing Director in the Silicon Valley office.  Devon helps lead our business development, client engagements, and recruiting in the Silicon Valley area.    Prior to joining Steele Consulting in 2013, Devon worked for Deloitte Tax LLP.

Devon has significant experience with tax compliance and tax accounting, particularly as it relates to provision calculations for equity compensation under ASC 718.  Specifically, Devon has significant corporate tax experience with:

• All aspects of preparation and review of Federal and State Tax Compliance
• Tax Accounting, including Deferred Tax Asset Proofs, Footnote Support, and treatment of Equity items in M&A Activity
• Project Management and Process Improvement initiatives, including automation of M-1s and standardization of workpapers.
• Consulting on Tax Reporting and Withholding questions
• CorpTax compliance experience
