• Manage information requests for federal, state, and international income tax returns.
• Manage the preparation and review of all domestic and foreign income tax returns prepared by external service providers.
• Manage processes related to amended income tax returns.
• Manage Federal and State credits prepared by external service providers.
• Manage the preparation and/or review of all quarterly filings such as Excise Tax Returns, Ohio CAT Returns.
• Manage the preparation and/or review of REIT Testing and REIT dividend payments.
